Angel is an Ayurvedic practitioner and feminine wisdom keeper who works with women to heal chronic health issues, cultivate a cycle-centered life and deeply connect with their soul. In addition to Ayurvedic wisdom and menstrual cycle awareness, Angel utilizes a variety of healing modalities to support the balancing and healing of mind, body and spirit.

She is passionate about supporting women to heal trauma by working with the menstrual cycle in a ceremonial way which often leads to deep karmic and ancestral healing.
